Our Hard-Working Staff
Emma Jacque, Executive Director
Bio forthcoming!
Lynn (Gamm) Pasbrig RN,BSN,
Lynn is a graduate of the UWM School of Nursing and has worked in Obstetrics, Pediatrics, School Health, and Public Health. Roles in these setting have varied from general staffing, case management, education, supervision of nursing students, and independent practice. All of this experience has proved to be valuable preparation for the Clinic Coordinator position as the Albrecht Free Clinic.
Lynn became the Clinic Coordinator in Sept. 1999 and worked directly with Dr. James E. Albrecht, the founder of the clinic. After his passing, Lynn assumed full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the clinic while the Medical Director provided guidance on medical issues. Since that time, there are twice as many clinics each month and more than 4 times the number of patient visits each year. Although the organizational structure of the clinic has changed in recent years, she can still be found at most clinic sessions.
For the wife of a Lutheran minister and mother of seven, “caring” comes naturally. Lynn firmly believes that we are our “brother’s keeper” and that her many blessings motivate her daily to give to others. The Albrecht Free Clinic has given Lynn many opportunities to do just that. She hopes that the services offered here will continue to meet the needs of Washington County even as health care changes the nation.

Jessica Osenbrügge, Business Office Coordinator
Jessica Osenbrügge came on-board with the Albrecht Free Clinic in October 2009. While born and raised in West Bend, WI, for most of her adult life she lived in New York City. There she worked as a financial writer in Corporate Communications for the insurance and investment firm, New York Life. Simultaneously, she dabbled in her creative writing aspirations and volunteered with local and national community-service organizations. Prior to attaining her Bachelor’s Degree in English Creative Writing and Literature from Manhattan’s Upper East Side Hunter College, she participated in numerous writing workshops in NYC through Gotham Writers Workshop and The New School. In a classroom setting, she begun learning the craft of fiction, memoir, and essay-writing with published authors, journalists, and university professors.
Shortly after the 2008 new year, she relocated to Berlin, Germany where she continued her writing pursuits and her love for volunteer work addressing contemporary social issues. Her volunteerism in human rights conflicts affecting indigenous peoples in the Americas led her to give lectures and presentations in Germany and Europe to universities, NGO’s, and civil societies.
Jessica relocated to her hometown of West Bend in 2009 and joined the Albrecht Free Clinic team so that she could work directly with people in her own community. It is through this professional experience that she is learning about the unique health care issues for the county’s uninsured and underinsured residents. She aims to ensure that Albrecht Free Clinic patients have access to good and sound medical care when they have no where else to go.
In September of 2011, Jessica was featured in a book titled, "Just A Few Sleeps Away" by Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reporter and author, Mike Nichols. The true-to-life story is an introspective examination of one Midwest family's quest for understanding, healing, and good an evil after losing their daughter in the September 11, 2001 World Trade Center attacks.
